Saying Goodbye to our nightingale with heavy heart and heartfelt memories today!!
Well,
like my usual routine on a Sunday, I I was finishing off some household
work and my Radio was on , my lifeline my music and suddenly, I hear
the news - the RJ saying that our nightingale of Our country Lata
Mangeshkar has left us. .For a moment, I could not believe it, like
really, I thought, may be it's a prank or something, I just stopped for
a while, checked my phone, you tube news and then suddenly radio
started playing all the songs sung by her....I waa like .how....again
thanks to corona!! I took a deep breath and was full of tears and
enough memories, many might not understand. I had a very silent,
unspoken connection with her. I grew up singing many of her songs, some
of them even on stage in my school and college days. She was an
inspiration for me and this passion of money had always kept me going in
all my tough days, high and lows of life. The artist in me always kept
me alive.
Some of my
favourite songs sing by her, which I had sung on stage were " Aye mere
watan ke logo, tum khoob laga lo naara ....., Aye malika tere banded
hum....beautiful prayer, Naam ghum jaayega, meri awaaz hi meri pehchaan
hai......, raina berti jaaye, shyaam na aaye..., Satyam, Shivam ,
Sundaram.....lag jaa gale, ki fir yeh hansen raat ho na ho..........list
is ongoing and endless!!"
Sach mein.....meri awaaz hi meri pehchaan hai!!!!
The
legends are just born and she waa a legend. You know, it was always
said, that at her age, she can still sing so well, after her death, the
scientists would like to do a research on her throat to find out the
reason. Oh God!! May her soul rest in peace pls !! such a beautiful
voice she was, real nightingale of India, A huge loss to the society!!
To
think of it, ek waqt har kisi ke liye kitna alag hota hai na...jahan el
waqt hum apne ghar mein hote hain, wahin, usi waqt, kahin koi aur kisi
mushkil se jhooth raha hota...m..kuch log itne special hote hain ki
jaane ke baad bhi bahut si yaadein chod jaate hain, dil mein rehte
hain!!
She will always be
in my heart as one special part of my life, still inspiring me in my
passion for singing. Her songs always touched my heart, her voice always
touched my heart and I am sure, many of you as well.

Well, I was speaking to someone known today, a young boy in the age bracket of early 30s, and while talking, he shared with me, that I am all alone, staying alone, handling my business and household chores and it really takes a toll on me, also wastes so much of my time. So, I am thinking of getting married.
Listening to him, I also remembered few other people mentioning same thing to me specially boys. And to think of it, in India, marriages usually happen either out of this need, or to have kids or put of societal and family pressure. But is it really the right reason to get married? Really? I have always believed that marriage should not happen out of any need or compulsion or age or to raise a child, it should only happen when two people want to walk together on the journey of life, come what may. They understand each other, support each other and trust each other in all odds of life and still hold on to each other out of choice and commitment because they want to and not put of any need or compulsion. Marriage is a union of two hearts, minds and souls.
I think that's one reason, marriages are falling apart so much lately and these days or even if they are not falling apart, you see fighting couples and fighting parents.
There was a time, when man was born as provider and woman as a nurturer. He was supposed to go out and earn for the livelihood and woman was supposed to be only at home, follow the instructions of the man and only cook and take care of the home and children. But now, both are independent and working, so there is a lot of confusion of roles. My question is cant we share the roles together, holding each other's hands and still respecting and understanding each other?
A recent report and survey has shown that, many people are delaying their marriages or not getting married. It also shows that, failed relationships and failed marriages are one major reason fro depression in todays times.
A good happy couple always raise good emotionally healthy kids which is bringing up one generation and vis a vis an unhappy couple always raise unhappy kids again spoiling one generation. So, the reason of marriage should be right

Well, the year 2021, when it started after a long
lockdown and stagnancy because of Covid 19, everyone was so hopeful,
beginning of the year, so positive that after a long dark night,
finally, we see a new positive stable morning....jaise sooraj ki pehli
kiran itne waqt ke andhere ke baad chehre pe padi ho...and that feeling
was awesome!! Things were looking better and settling, when in April,
again a minor lockdown, schools, colleges, institutes were still not
getting normalized. Soon we realised, may be another year of uncertainty
and unstability and it will take, dont know how much time....we started
getting used to work from home culture and some other things. But may
be, to think of it, life was still telling us something, kya kehna chah
rahi thi humse zindgi. 2020 ne hamein zindgi mein bewajah bhaagte hue,
zara thamke, ruk ke, sochna sikhaya, jo hamaare paas hai uski kadar
karna sikhaaya.....
Aur ab 2021 mein kya sikhaana
chahti thi hamein zindgi? Shayad yeh ki....change is the only thing
which is constant!! Life is uncertain and will always be!! It's good to
plan your life , keep going but still dont forget to value what you
have....dont repeat earlier mistakes.....
Sometimes going with the flow is the best thing you can do and then see some miracles happening around you!!

still would love to share with you in brief......

So, actually, you wont believe, I actually just didnt like cooking and
found it so boring but had to cook regularly first out of compulsion
like lot of us must be in a similar situation like me....kya karein,
paapi pet ka sawaal hai na, kitne din yuhi egg bhurji, eggs and cheela- 5
mins cooking pe survive kar sakte hain...right??. And you will be
surprised to know that I know how to cook almost everything but since
childhood, I used to find it so boring and tedious, time consuming job .
I learnt all the cooking on my own, experimenting since my childhood
days....And now, this year, what started as a compulsion, has become
quite an interest now...I just switch on my favourite music, ..so with
music on, gas on , little dancing, cooking us done not boring
anymore....Well, when you club your passion with anything you find
boring, it just works wonders and things change....I check out new
recipes on you tube and try them sometimes. Even I am surprised to see
this change in me......OMG.....which one is this Shalini?difficult to
recognize.
I have been
a person who usually plans things in advance, my day in advance, but
this year has taught me to be more spontaneous, go with the flow, accept
the day as it comes , the change as it comes with a whole heart and a
deep breath......may be some more deep breaths, as also everyone around
was also struggling like you....sabko aur sabki mushkiloen ko samajhne
hue aagey bhadhna.....

As a person, I have been so uncomfortable with technology, quite a
traditional person in this regard, believe in staying more on real world
than the virtual world, but thanks to covid, when technology and
virtual world was the only solution and support system, everyone had to
adapt and I am no different. The whole school, education system shifted
online, so, I also learnt it hard way, starting with my online sessions
and selling technology solutions also. And really, thanks to some
people in my life here, who have helped and made it a bit easier to
learn and go on.

2. संतरे का रस और अंडे की सफेदी
अंडे के सफेद हिस्से को एक कटोरी में निकाल लें. इसमें दो चम्मच संतरे का रस मिला लें. इस घोल को अपने नाखूनों पर 5 मिनट तक रखें. इसमें विटामिन सी होता है जो कोलजिन का प्रोडक्शन करता है जिससे नाखून मजबूत बनते हैं.
3. ऑलिव ऑयल से करें मसाज
अपने नाखूनों पर जैतून का तेल लगा कर मालिश करें. इसमें विटामिन ई होता है जो नाखूनों को पोषण प्रदान करता है जिससे नाखून तेजी से बढ़ते हैं.
4. नारियल का तेल

7.चुकंदर

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने उत्तर प्रदेश बलरामपुर सरयू नहर लोकार्पण कर दिया। 800 करोड़ रुपये की परियोजना
PM बोले- पानी प्राप्त करेंगे किसानों के प्यासे खेत
हर किसान के खेत तक पानी पहुंचे यही सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है। उसका सबूत है सरयू नहर परियोजना का पूरा होना है। जब सोच ईमानदार होती है तो काम दमदार होता है। इतिहास गवाह है कि अगर किसी प्यासे को प्याला भर पानी पिला दें तो वो इंसान जीवन भर उस इंसान को नहीं भूलता है। आज किसानों के प्यासे खेत जब पानी प्राप्त करेंगे तो हमें भरोसा है कि जीवन भर आपका आशीर्वाद हमें काम करने की प्रेरणा देगा।
पीएम मोदी ने बलरामपुर में सरयू नहर परियोजना के उद्घाटन कार्यक्रम में जनसभा को संबोधित करते हुए अखिलेश यादव पर तंज कसा। मोदी ने बिना नाम लिए अखिलेश पर तंज कसते हुए कहा- आज जब मैं दिल्ली से यहां के लिए चला तो इंतजार कर रहा था कि कोई कह दे कि यह परियोजना तो हमने शुरू की थी। कुछ लोग केवल लालफीता काटने के लिए ही सोचते रहते हैं।
बलरामपुर पहुंचे पीएम मोदी ने जनरल बिपिन रावत को याद किया। मोदी ने कहा कि जनरल का जाना देश के लिए बड़ी क्षति है। वह जहां कहीं भी रहेंगे, भारत को आगे बढ़ाते रहेंगे। हेलिकॉप्टर हादसे में मारे गए देश के सभी जवानों को श्रद्धांजलि। उन्होंने घायल वरुण सिंह के स्वस्थ होने की प्रार्थना भी की।
प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी बलरामपुर में सरयू नहर परियोजना के उद्घाटन के लिए पहुंच गए हैं। मंच पर मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ और उपमुख्यमंत्री केशव प्रसाद मौर्य मौजूद। कार्यक्रम के लिए बड़ी संख्या में जनता पहुंची हुई है। योगी ने मां दुर्गा की प्रतिमा देकर प्रधानमंत्री का स्वागत किया।

सरयू नहर परियोजना से बहराइच, श्रावस्ती, बलरामपुर, गोंडा, बस्ती, सिद्धार्थनगर, संतकबीरनगर, महराजगंज और गोरखपुर को जोड़ा
318 किमी लंबी इस परियोजना को 9800 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाया गया है। सरयू नहर परियोजना का फायदा
पांच नदियां आपस में जुड़ेंगी सरयू नहर परियोजना से
सरयू नहर परियोजना में पांच नदियों को भी जोड़ा गया है। घाघरा, सरयू, राप्ती, बाणगंगा और रोहिन नदियों को जोड़ते हुए 318 किलोमीटर लम्बी मुख्य नहर और इससे जुड़ी half-dozen,600 किलोमीटर लिंक नहरों वाली उक्त नहर से पूर्वांचल के नौ जिले जुड़ेंगे। इस परियोजना से एक तरफ जहां किसानों को खेतों में सिंचाई के लिए मुफ्त पानी की सुविधा मिलेगी, वहीं दूसरी तरफ बाढ़ की त्रासदी भी कम होगी। नदियों के पानी का डायवर्जन नहरों में होने से बाढ़ का असर कम होगा।
परिकल्पना 1971 तत्कालीन कांग्रेस सरकार ने की थी लेकिन पूरा होने पांच दशक बीत गए। सरयू नहर परियोजना देश की सबसे बड़ी सिंचाई सरयू नहर पूर्वांचल किसानों की किस्मत बदलेगी।
318 किमी लंबी इस परियोजना को 800 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से बनाया गया है। इस परियोजना में पांच नदियों को भी जोड़ा गया है। घाघरा, सरयू, राप्ती, बाणगंगा और रोहिन नदियों को जोड़ते हुए 318 किलोमीटर लम्बी मुख्य नहर और इससे जुड़ी vi,600 किलोमीटर लिंक नहरों वाली उक्त नहर से पूर्वांचल के नौ जिलों बहराइच, श्रावस्ती, बलरामपुर, गोंडा, बस्ती, महाराजगंज, सिद्धार्थनगर, संत कबीर नगर और गोरखपुर

1978 में इस पर बहराइच से शुरू काम
1978 में इस पर बहराइच से काम शुरू हुआ था। देवीपाटन मंडल के चारों जिले बहराइच, श्रावस्ती, बलरामपुर और गोंडा इसमें शामिल थे। साल 1982 में इसे अन्य जिलों के लिए विस्तार दिया गया। घाघरा, राप्ती, सरयू, बाणगंगा और रोहिणी नदी को आपस nine जोड़कर nine nine में vi,623 किमी नहरों का जाल बिछाकर दूरदराज के गांवों में पानी पहुंचाने की योजना बनाई गई।

1978 में हुई थी परियोजना
इस को जब 1978 शुरू किया गया। उस वक्त इस पर खर्च लिए 2015 में केंद्र सरकार ने पीएम कृषि सिंचाई योजना शुरू कर हर खेत को पानी पहुंचाने का लक्ष्य रखा।
सरयू नहर परियोजना के निर्माण से कई लाभ होंगे। एक तरफ जहां किसानों को खेतों में सिंचाई के लिए मुफ्त पानी की सुविधा मिलेगी, वहीं दूसरी तरफ बाढ़ की त्रासदी भी कम होगी। नदियों के पानी का डायवर्जन नहरों में होने से बाढ़ का असर कम होगा। पशु-पक्षी भी अपनी प्यास बुझा सकेंगे।
इसमें घाघरा से सरयू व सरयू से राप्ती को जोड़ा गया है। इसके साथ ही राप्ती को बाणगंगा तथा बाण गंगा से रोहिन नदी जोड़ी गई है। नदियों को आपस में जोड़ने से बाढ़ जैसी विभीषिका से भी लोगों को बचाया जा सकेगा। इसके साथ ही सिंचाई के लिए नहर में पानी छोड़ा जा सकेगा।
आजाद भारत की सबसे बड़ी सिंचाई की सरयू नहर परियोजना का लोकार्पण आज प्रधानमंत्री मोदी बलरामपुर में करेंगे। पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री स्व. अटल बिहारी बाजपाई की कर्मभूमि बलरामपुर से कोई बड़ा संदेश भी दे सकते हैं। पीएम मोदी सबसे पहले इस सरयू नहर परियोजना के मॉडल का अवलोकन करेंगे। यह मॉडल नोयडा में विशेषज्ञों के द्वारा तैयार किया गया है, जिसमें नौ जिलों में इस परियोजना को दर्शाया गया है। इसी मॉडल पर बटन दबाकर पीएम मोदी परियोजना का लोकार्पण करेंगे।
मॉडल में बनी नहरों में जैसे ही पानी का संचालन होगा ठीक उसी दौरान सभा स्थल से कम्प्यूटर के माध्यम से श्रावस्ती स्थित राप्ती बैराज को खोल दिया जाएगा। राप्ती बैराज के खुलते ही सरयू नहर में पानी पहुंच जाएगा। इसके बाद पीएम मोदी सभा स्थल पर पहुंचकर लोगों को संबोधित करेंगे। उनके साथ उत्तर प्रदेश की राज्यपाल आनंदीबेन पटेल व मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ मौजूद रहेंगे। पीएम मोदी के कार्यक्रम को लेकर कई दिनों से तैयारियां युद्ध स्तर पर की गई हैं। सभा स्थल को आकर्षक ढंग से सजाया गया है। शुक्रवार को सूबे के जलशक्ति मंत्री डा. महेंद्र सिंह, पूर्व सांसद दद्दन मिश्र, आयुक्त देवी पाटन मंडल एसबीएस रंगाराव, डीएम श्रुति व एसपी हेमंत कुटियाल सहित कई अन्य लोगों ने सभा स्थल पर पहुंचकर तैयारियों का जायजा लिया।

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी बनारस एयरपोर्ट पर पहुंचे तो यूपी के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ ने हाथ जोड़कर अभिवादन किया।
काली गाड़ी में सवार होकर पीएम मोदी काल भैरव मंदिर में पूजा-अर्चना की। उन्होंने बाबा भैरवनाथ को सरसों के तेल का दीपक लगाया।
काल भैरव मंदिर से पीएम बनारस की गलियों में पैदल निकल गए। हालांकि उनकी सिक्योरिटी के जवान लोगों को दूर करते रहे। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ बनारस के खिरकिया घाट पहुंचे। पीएम ने यहां का डेवलपमेंट वर्क देखा।
खिरकिया घाट से मोदी-योगी क्रूज से गंगा नदी के ललिता घाट पहुंचे। सीएम ने पीएम को प्रोजेक्ट्स की जानकारी दी। ललिता घाट पर पीएम मोदी ने स्नान किया। उन्होंने गेरुआ वस्त धारण किए हुए थे। उनके हाथ में माला और कलश भी था।
स्नान के बाद पीएम मोदी ने ललिता घाट पर ही भगवान भास्कर (सूर्य) की उपासना की और उन्हें जल अर्पित किया।
पीएम मोदी ने ललिता घाट में स्नान के बाद कलश में गंगा जल लिया और बाबा विश्वनाथ को अर्पित करने मंदिर चल दिए।
काशी विश्वनाथ के गेट पर मौजूद पुजारियों ने पीएम का तिलक लगाकर अभिनंदन किया। यहां से वे गर्भगृह की तरफ चले गए।
पीएम मोदी ने भगवान शिव को गंगा जल अर्पित किया और पुजारी के बताए अनुसार विधि-विधान से पूजा-अर्चना की।
पीएम मोदी ने विश्वनाथ मंदिर परिसर में वृक्षारोपण कर लोगों को पर्यावरण के प्रति जागरूकता का संदेश दिया।
प्रधानमंत्री ने फूल बरसाकर काशी विश्वनाथ प्रोजेक्ट के लिए दिन-रात एक करने वाले सैकड़ों मजदूरों का अभिनंदन किया। पीएम ने मजदूरों के साथ भोजन किया। प्रधानमंत्री के साथ खाना खाने वाले मजदूर भी उत्साहित नजर आए।

अपने चार दशकों की सेवा के दौरान जनरल रावत ने एक ब्रिगेड कमांडर, जनरल ऑफिसर कमांडिंग-इन-चीफ (जीओसी-सी) दक्षिणी कमान, सैन्य संचालन निदेशालय में जनरल स्टाफ ऑफिसर ग्रेड two, कर्नल सैन्य सचिव और उप सैन्य सचिव के रूप में कार्य किया है. जूनियर कमांड विंग में सैन्य सचिव की शाखा और वरिष्ठ प्रशिक्षक. वह संयुक्त राष्ट्र शांति सेना का भी हिस्सा रहे हैं और उन्होंने कांगो लोकतांत्रिक गणराज्य में एक बहुराष्ट्रीय ब्रिगेड की कमान संभाली थी.
गोरखा ब्रिगेड से सीओएएस बनने वाले चौथे अधिकारी बनने से पहले रावत थल सेनाध्यक्ष बने. उन्होंने पूर्वोत्तर में आतंकवाद को कम करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई थी, जिसमें उनके करियर का एक मुख्य आकर्षण म्यांमार में 2015 का सीमा पार ऑपरेशन था, जिसमें भारतीय सेना ने एनएससीएन-के आतंकवादियों द्वारा घात लगाकर सफलतापूर्वक जवाब दिया था. यह मिशन रावत की देखरेख में दीमापुर स्थित III कोर के ऑपरेशन कमांड से चलाया गया था.
जनरल रावत 2016 की सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक की योजना का भी हिस्सा था, जिसमें भारतीय सेना नियंत्रण रेखा के पार पाकिस्तान के कब्जे वाले कश्मीर में चली गई थी. रावत नई दिल्ली में साउथ ब्लॉक से घटनाक्रम की निगरानी कर रहे थे. अपनी सेवा के दौरान, जनरल रावत को परम विशिष्ट सेवा पदक, उत्तम युद्ध सेवा पदक, अति विशिष्ट सेवा पदक, विशिष्ट सेवा पदक, युद्ध सेवा पदक और सेना पदक से अलंकृत किया गया है.
