Binaiferr and Sanjay Kohli's popular show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai is back to shooting mode. The show has shifted to a new location recently to shoot new episodes. Manmohan Tiwari ( Rohitashv Gour) shares how excited he is to start shooting again. He says, I am a workaholic and it is good to be back on set. For an actor, it is a relaxation when we go to a new location, new set. The new location is full of greenery which propels one's thinking. Last year when the lockdown was announced, we never thought there would be a second wave and another lockdown. So for an actor it is a second setback. No one wants to be sitting idle at home.
An actor's job is to go to the set and work.? He also adds, I would also like to praise our producers Sanjay and Binaiferr Kohli for the way they have visioned this new normal. It is amazing. We had enough bank of episodes so we could wait and start our shooting later. Otherwise, we would have to start early like others at the peak of the pandemic. We all should get the vaccines first and then build hard immunity to face this disease. Making episodes for the future and creating a bank is really a commendable job done by our producers.? Talking about his own comfort factor as an actor, he adds,?As an individual I have no problem in shooting. Last year post lockdown when we have resumed I was scared a bit. But this time I am aware of the problem and the consequences so I am doubly cautious and taking good care of myself. Which is the need of the hour.. Producers have made excellent arrangements? The glory of gardening is to feed not just the body but, the soul as well and, Sony Entertainment Television's Indian Idol 12 contestants Nihal Tauro and Danish Mohd swear by it. Self-proclaimed nature lovers, Nihal and Danish have taken it upon themselves to plant trees, avoid use of plastic and do their bit for the nature in every way possible. Both the contestants feel that the nature encourages them to be at peace and also helps them focus on their singing.
Talking more on it, Nihal Tauro says, ?I am a Mangalore native and the place itself is buzzing with a lot of greenery. Being a true nature lover, planting trees is my side hobby. So me along with Danish thought why not start planting trees in and around our vicinity! So both of us took it upon ourselves to plant trees in and around our hotel lawn. I thoroughly enjoy the process of planting as it eases my stress and helps me focus better. It was really fun planting fresh plants offset with Danish and we both enjoyed doing it together. We will continue to do so and keep spreading greenery.?

The Family Man addresses real world subjects and topics, just like how things are in the real world. Not everything is shown as black or white. Total
means each and every person of the hotel, Quality is the
degree of excellence of products or services and management is an art of
dealing with or controlling things or people.
And so,
TQM describes a management approach to long-term success through
customer satisfaction. It is a
continuous process of improvement of Quality and Processes.
The
concept of TQM was originated after World War II, when US completely destroyed
the economy of Japan by the A- bomb. Americans sent their best scientist William Edwards Deming (1900-1993)
to Japan. He was a statistician and
business consultant whose methods helped hasten Japan's recovery after the
Second World War and beyond.
Hospitality
is a very unique Industry, a hotel must adopt TQM practices to be at the top,
one must keep implementing new strategies to be unique form others. There are
various examples where Hotels have proved themselves to be adopting various
Quality measures like Installing Solar panels in ITC Grand Chola, following
employee empowerment in Ritz Carlton, etc.
Five Pillars of TQM:

Hotels follow standard operating procedures for every work. If everyone

Seiri
(sort): It means sorting the equipment?s of the workplace and removing not required

(sanitize): An action to clean the workplace daily (equipment, work area, mind,
preventive maintenance)
Seiketsu
(standardize): Involves creating guidelines for keeping the workplace
organized, orderly and clean.
Shitsuke
(self-discipline): Involves training and discipline, to ensure that everyone
follows the 5 S standards.
Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR)
BPR is
through rethinking of all business processes, job definitions, management
systems, organization structure, work flow, and underlying assumptions and
beliefs.
BPR's
main objective is to break away from old ways of working, and redesign of
processes to achieve improvements in critical areas (such as cost, quality,
service, and response time) through in-depth use of technology.
It
challenges managers to rethink traditional work methods and commit themselves
to customer focused processes.
It uses
recognized techniques for improving business results and questions the
effectiveness of the traditional organizational structure.
Benchmarking
Another method,
companies implement for continuous improvement is by following footsteps of the
organisation they admire (practices of companies considered best in class). For
example, Park Group of hotels want to work on their customer satisfaction, they
will start looking for a company which is best in customer satisfaction. Let?s
say, they find The Oberio group of hotels the best. Park hotel will start
following all the rules and policies used by Oberoi hotels. Also they can
follow Amazon International, as Benchmark Company does not have to be in the
same business, as long as it excels at something that the company doing the
study wishes to emulate.
Team Approach/ Quality Circles
TQM
stresses that quality is an organizational effort. To facilitate the solving of
quality problems, it places great emphasis on teamwork. The use of teams is
based on the old adage that two heads are better than one. Using techniques
such as brainstorming, discussion, and quality control tools, teams work
regularly to correct problems. The contributions of teams are considered vital
to the success of the company. For this reason, companies set aside time in the
workday for team meetings.
Teams
vary in their degree of structure and formality, and different types of teams
solve different types of problems. One of the most common types of teams is the
quality circle, a team of volunteer production employees and their supervisors
whose purpose is to solve quality problems. The circle is usually composed of
eight to ten members, and decisions are made through group consensus.
The teams
usually meet weekly during work hours in a place designated for this purpose.
They follow a present process for analysing and solving quality problems. Open
discussion is promoted, and criticism is not allowed. Although the functioning
of quality circles is friendly and casual, it is serious business. Quality
circles are not mere talk sessions. Rather, they do important work for the
company and have been very successful in many firms.
Employee Empowerment
One of
the best strategy is to empower all employees to find a better solution
themselves. With the old concept of quality, employees were afraid to identify
problems for fear that they would be reprimanded.
This new
concept of quality, Employee Empowerment, provides incentives for employees to
identify quality problems. Employees are rewarded for uncovering quality
problems.
Ritz Carlton
luxury hotels and resorts are practicing employee empowerment
from long. As per this, they allow their employees to handle customer
complaints themselves, and not to seek permission from senior. And so, Ritz-Carlton luxury hotels and resorts, are very famous for
providing outstanding services to their guests and treating their employees as
Internal customers.
Workers
are empowered to make decisions relative to quality in the production process.
They are considered a vital element of the effort to achieve high quality.
Their contributions are highly valued, and their suggestions are implemented.
In order to perform this function, employees are given continual and extensive
training in quality measurement tools.
To
further stress the role of employees in quality, TQM differentiates between
external and internal customers. External customers are those that purchase the
company's goods and services. Internal customers are employees of the
organization who receive goods or services from others in the company. For
example, the packaging department of an organization is an internal customer of
the assembly department. Just as a defective item would not be passed to an
external customer, a defective item should not be passed to an internal
customer.
Six Sigma
Six Sigma
is a statistical concept of Total quality Management, wherein Company says thy
will produce Zero defects in their products. It means a company is focusing on
upgrading their products and side by side challenging on producing zero
defects.
Six Sigma
has only recently been introduced to the hospitality industry, though, when
Starwood Hotels adopted it into their hotels in 2001. Six sigma is a
statistically based business strategy that companies attempt to apply to help
in reducing defects in products and services. In the case of the hospitality
industry, in theory, it could be used to improve services from hotel check-in
to waiting times for tables in restaurants. Starwood was the first hospitality
company to introduce it. They have implemented a fully developed program that
starts at the corporate level and identifies key people at the unit level to

Failure -
When a force is working on a object continuosly, the object will get fractured after sometime, that is known as failure. For example, if we apply 10 Newton on a body and it is not a fracture, then we said that there is no failure. But if we apply force more than hundred Newton, then the object will get fractured, then that point is known as the fracture point.
Theory of failure -
There are various theories of the failure that explains how the object get fracture or how they get excessive elastic deformation. There are various modes of failure, first one is the excessive elastic deformation, second is the only sudden fracture. If we apply the excessive force continuously, then it may be possible that the object get excessive elastic deformation or there may be fracture of the object.
There are various types of theories of the failure.
I) Rankine's theory

iii) Guest theory
iv) Haigh's theory
v) Von mises theory
.i )Rankine's Theory of failure -
According to this theory, the fracture takes place, when maximum principal stress reachs its maximum limit of its principal stress.

Disadvantages of Rankine's Theory of failure
There are various disadvantages of the Rankine theory. This theory illustrates only principal stress. It does not consider shear stress.
ii) Guest's Theory of failure
According to this theory, failure occurs when the maximum shear stress reaches its limits of maximum shear stress in elastic mode.
The maximum shear stress can be obtained by subtracting minimum stress from maximum stress and dividing them by two.
Disadvantages of Guest's Theory of failure
It is applicable only for the brittle object like cast iron.
iii) Saint Venant's Theory of failure
This theory explains that the failure occurs when the maximum principal strain crosses or reaches its maximum principal strain in elastic mode.
Disadvantages of Saint Venant's Theory of failure
There are some limitations of this theory. According to this theory, the tensile stress is greater than the yield stress, but in experiment, it is found that the yield stress is greater than the tensile stress. And also it over estimates the elastic deformation of the material.

Thermodynamics -
Thermodynamics is the branch of science that deals with the study of thermal properties of the material present around us.
Thermodynamics is the branch of the science that deals with the relationship between the energy and the materials. There are various laws that govern the transformation of energy. Zeroth law is one of them. Thermodynamics is the study of the laws that causes the change in the state of physical system of the material.
The part of the space that we are going to investigate that is known a system. The part of the space beyond the system that is not under the investigation that is known as the surrounding. The line that separates the system and the surrounding that is known as boundary. .
Types of System -
I) Closed System
A system that is enclosed by a boundary and we cannot exchange the mass between the system and the surrounding, then the system is known as closed system.
ii) Open System
The system that is not inclosed by the boundary and we can exchange the mass and the energy between the system and the surrounding, then it is known as open system. The open system is a system that can lose its energy. A glass full of hot tea and hot water gets colder after sometime. This is the example of the open system.
iii) Isolated System
A system that is fully closed by boundary and there is no exchange of mass between the system and the boundary, then it is known as isolated system.
Zeroth Law of thermodynamics -
Zeroth Law explains that how system can get the thermal equilibrium. When one system is under thermal equilibrium with second system, and second system is under thermal equilibrium with the third system, then according to this law first system is under thermal equilibrium with the third system.
First law of Thermodynamics -
First law of thermodynamics states that the heat transfer is equal to the net work done, in case of a closed system, while going under through the Thermodynamics cycle.
It also illustrates that when we are in Thermodynamics cycle, then the work transfer is equal to the heat transfer. The most important condition for this is that the system must be the closed system. it can be taken as in other words such as the system cannot create and cannot not destroye the heat energy.
The energy cannot be created neither can be destroyed, while changing the state of the system in Thermodynamics cycle. There are various limitations of the first law of thermodynamics . Heat energy cannot be fully transformed into the mechanical energy. There are various applications of the first law of thermodynamics. The steady flow of the nozzle and diffuser can be explained using the first law of the thermodynamics. In case of steady flow process, the heat transfer and the work done are constant or they are stable.
Second law of Thermodynamics -
The second law of thermodynamics illustrates that the heat cannot transfer by itself from the lower temperature region to the higher temperature region.
The heat can transfer from the high-temperature region to the lower temperature region easily, but in case of lower temperature region, there should be some external force to help it. This law is also known as Clausius statement, in which the work is done by only when the heat transfer from the lower temperature region to the higher temperature region. The work is done, when the heat is transferred from the lower temperature region to the higher temperature region. Second law of the thermodynamics enables us to divide the process in the two parts, first one is the reversible process and the second one is the Irreversible process. In case of reversible process, the process can automatically reverse itself to its original shape or the original condition. In case of Irreversible process, the process cannot repeat itself or reverse itself automatically.
Quasi - static process -
Quasi- static process is the example of the reversible process. It is also known as the reversible process because there is very less deviation of its equilibrium position. All the states of the system may go through the change. The change in the state of equilibrium, is very negligible here, so it may be known as the reversible process.
Thermodynamics deals with the study of the initial and the final state of the system while undergoing to the various changes. Law of thermodynamics can be applied only when the system undergoes from one equilibrium to the another equilibrium or the system is already present in the state of equilibrium. In case of study of thermodynamics, the function or the variable that can affect the state of the equilibrium of the system, are known as the state variable. The example of these state variables are pressure, energy, heat, mass and work.
It is known to all that the heat is the energy transferred through the system at some temperature difference. The internal energy is the sum of potential energy well as kinetic energy. It is the state function because it depends on the state, it does not depend on the path through which it passes. The internal energy is the example of state function. The work done is generally calculated by the integration of product of pressure and a change of volume. The work done is the example of the path function because it depends on the path of the process.
The heat is the combination of the internal energy and the work done by the system. When the heat is added to the system, then it is taken as the positive heat. If it is taken out from the system, then it is known as the negative heat. If the internal energy increases in the system then it is taken as the positive energy. If energy is expelled from system, then it is taken as the negative internal energy.
Numerical -. A cylinder of oxygen is having internal pressure of 100 atm. At 30 degree Celsius, oxygen is stored in the cylinder which exerts pressure of 22 atm. At which temperature does the danger of explosion will sets in ?

State variable -
The state variables are the variables which can explain or illustrate very clearly about the Thermodynamics system undergoing to the various changes of the states.
Examples of state variable are pressure, temperature and the volume. There are two types of variables - intensive and extensive variables.
Intensive variables
Intensive variables are the variables which are independent of the size of the system. The example of the intensive properties or intensive variables are pressure, temperature and density.
Extensive variables -
The extensive property or the variable are the variables which are dependent of the size of the system. The example of the extensive variables are mass, volume and number of moles. If we multiply the extensive and intensive variables, then the product will be the extensive variable. For example, if we multiply temperature with the volume, the product will be having the extensive properties. So, here the product is the extensive variable.
Thermodynamics process -
The process by which thermodynamic cycle or thermodynamics system is taken from one state to another state, is called thermodynamic process.
Isothermal process -
If thermodynamics system undergoes through the various changes and it change its state from one state to another state, then there will be some changes in their temperature or their pressure. If the temperature of both states remains constant, then the process is known as the isothermal process.
Isobaric process -
If the pressure of both, the first state and the second states remains constant, then the process is known as isobaric process.
Isochoric process -
If the volume of the first state and the second stage remains constant or unchanged, then the process is known as Isochoric process.

The Environment government centers provide designing, forwarding, and coordinates the execution of environmental policies and programs. Initially, the ministry was formed to implement the program and policies regarding the conservation of diversity and the preservation of human welfare. To implement the policies some principles are followed for sustainable development and for the welfare of humans. The ministry serves as the connecting agency for various programs. The ministry is trusted and left with the issues of other programs or commissions like Global Environmental facility, commission on sustainable development concerning the environment.
The other objectives of the ministry are safeguarding and surveying the plants, animal species, prevention and control of pollution, afforestation of debasement areas, protection of the environment, and the welfare of animals. The objectives are well supported and accepted by a set of legislative and some measures made for preventing, preserving, and protecting the environment. Centre for Environment Education was formed to enlighten the significance of Environmental Education. The Engineering colleges provide Higher education in a specific course. There are many courses namely Electronics, Electrical, Civil, Aeronautical and Information Technology. The individual course provides more detail and studies in the branch. There are many Engineering colleges in India. Engineering quality at the Bachelor's level includes the Bachelor of Science program in Technology. These programs centralize the quality or it offers significance in quality. They provide practical and technical concepts to lead an associate-level as well as enrich the student with theoretical and management concepts which make them be prepared for the job. It's mandatory that the bachelor's programs should be completed with general education and foundation engineering courses which include courses in Mathematics, Technical studies, science, and English.
Quality engineering incorporates the students with training in a lab with classroom instructions and computer applications. Most programs are to be completed as projects. In addition to the core curriculum, the students should have completed supporting courses like physics, Economics, Calculus, and Chemistry. The courses which are common to all Bachelor's Degrees are Statistical process engineering, Engineering economics, Computer-aided drafting and design, Advanced technical writing, Management of manufacturing operations. Some of the colleges in India are the Noida Institute of Engineering & Technology, Shri Krishna Institute of Engg, & Technology.
Education plays a major role in shaping up the future of an individual, in turn, their home, in turn, their town, in turn, their city and state, and in turn, it shapes up the future of the nation. Hence it can be said that the education system in India is very important. There are different levels of in education India. The many types of education are school education in India, higher education in India, and distance education in India. Also, there is 'n' number of college in India which strives hard to impart quality education to fellow Indians. Some colleges have grown to become deemed universities in India, which offer all kinds of degrees.
There are hospitality colleges that open up opportunities to work and earn in the food business world. Most educational institutions are controlled by state and local governments or by the central government. Government offers free education to people until the primary classes, as education is the necessary foundation for bringing up good and better citizens of India. But further college education has become a costly deal. Banks offer loans to pursue higher studies in college and they wait until the education is done and the debtor can start repaying after finishing studies and joining work.

Krishi Vigyan Kendra is an agricultural association that gives training and education to farmers, rural youth people, farm women, and entrepreneurs. This is an association that is doing researches on the farmer's socio-economic status. It was established in 1983 now has its branches in some parts of the country. This is an association which not only cares about agriculture but also other activities such as fishery and more. It gives training to the people about the latest technologies and equipments used in the agricultural industry and even helps the people who are studying agricultural engineering.
There are also two other associations are called LLP(Lab to Land Program) and ORP( operational Research Project) which are doing the same activities as KVK. These three are merged together and called Krishi Vigyan Kendra. This organization helps the farmers to use the technology in agriculture and also gives knowledge to the farm women to take care of the seeds and the fertilizers. There are not many branches for this association in India. Some of the districts having this association branches are Gwalior, Bhopal from Madhya Pradesh, Nagpur, and Pune from Maharashtra, Imphal west from Manipur, Amritsar, and Patiala from Punjab and so on. Pondicherry and the Karaikal are the union territory areas that have this association's branch.

Krishi Vigyan Kendra is an agricultural-based research center and frontline extension center. It is financed by the ICA also known as the Indian Council of Agricultural Research. These Kendras support agricultural-based workers and their production. They also help farmers and agri-based workers to invest more into production and cropping. Their main idea is to support these farmers by giving ideas and tips from their research papers works. Krishi Vigyan Kendra works to influence the farmers and their functionaries and their external system and support their funds and other facilities. These Kendras are located in many districts across different parts of India.
There are many Kendras situated in agriculture-based states and their rice bowl districts. Andhra Pradesh has twenty-two different Krishi Vigyan Kendras and spread across Nellore, Cuddapah, Vizag, and other major districts. Bihar also has many KVK?s and very important fully working ones are situated in the Araira, Purnea, Rohtas districts. These Krishi Vigyan Kendras support poor farmers and their families. They help them sell their food products for a better rate and give tips and techniques to increase crop production. Krishi Vigyan Kendra in the Kannur district in Kerala is taken care of by the Pannaiyur under Kerala Agricultural University.
