Binaiferr and Sanjay Kohli's popular show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai is back to shooting mode. The show has shifted to a new location recently to shoot new episodes. Manmohan Tiwari ( Rohitashv Gour) shares how excited he is to start shooting again. He says, I am a workaholic and it is good to be back on set. For an actor, it is a relaxation when we go to a new location, new set. The new location is full of greenery which propels one's thinking. Last year when the lockdown was announced, we never thought there would be a second wave and another lockdown. So for an actor it is a second setback. No one wants to be sitting idle at home.
An actor's job is to go to the set and work.? He also adds, I would also like to praise our producers Sanjay and Binaiferr Kohli for the way they have visioned this new normal. It is amazing. We had enough bank of episodes so we could wait and start our shooting later. Otherwise, we would have to start early like others at the peak of the pandemic. We all should get the vaccines first and then build hard immunity to face this disease. Making episodes for the future and creating a bank is really a commendable job done by our producers.? Talking about his own comfort factor as an actor, he adds,?As an individual I have no problem in shooting. Last year post lockdown when we have resumed I was scared a bit. But this time I am aware of the problem and the consequences so I am doubly cautious and taking good care of myself. Which is the need of the hour.. Producers have made excellent arrangements? The new location will have Anokhelal Saxena?s birthday celebrations taking place in a resort. Rohotashv Gour, Shubhangi Atre and Aasif Sheikh shre a great bond offscreen as well.

Self-proclaimed nature lovers, Nihal and Danish have taken it upon themselves to plant trees, avoid use of plastic and do their bit for the nature in every way possible. Both the contestants feel that the nature encourages them to be at peace and also helps them focus on their singing.
Talking more on it, Nihal Tauro says, ?I am a Mangalore native and the place itself is buzzing with a lot of greenery. Being a true nature lover, planting trees is my side hobby. So me along with Danish thought why not start planting trees in and around our vicinity! So both of us took it upon ourselves to plant trees in and around our hotel lawn. I thoroughly enjoy the process of planting as it eases my stress and helps me focus better. It was really fun planting fresh plants offset with Danish and we both enjoyed doing it together. We will continue to do so and keep spreading greenery.?

Failure -
When a force is working on a object continuosly, the object will get fractured after sometime, that is known as failure. For example, if we apply 10 Newton on a body and it is not a fracture, then we said that there is no failure. But if we apply force more than hundred Newton, then the object will get fractured, then that point is known as the fracture point.
Theory of failure -
There are various theories of the failure that explains how the object get fracture or how they get excessive elastic deformation. There are various modes of failure, first one is the excessive elastic deformation, second is the only sudden fracture. If we apply the excessive force continuously, then it may be possible that the object get excessive elastic deformation or there may be fracture of the object.
There are various types of theories of the failure.
I) Rankine's theory
ii) Saint venant's theory
iii) Guest theory
iv) Haigh's theory
v) Von mises theory
.i )Rankine's Theory of failure -
According to this theory, the fracture takes place, when maximum principal stress reachs its maximum limit of its principal stress.

There are various disadvantages of the Rankine theory. This theory illustrates only principal stress. It does not consider shear stress.
ii) Guest's Theory of failure
According to this theory, failure occurs when the maximum shear stress reaches its limits of maximum shear stress in elastic mode.
The maximum shear stress can be obtained by subtracting minimum stress from maximum stress and dividing them by two.
Disadvantages of Guest's Theory of failure
It is applicable only for the brittle object like cast iron.
iii) Saint Venant's Theory of failure
This theory explains that the failure occurs when the maximum principal strain crosses or reaches its maximum principal strain in elastic mode.
Disadvantages of Saint Venant's Theory of failure
There are some limitations of this theory. According to this theory, the tensile stress is greater than the yield stress, but in experiment, it is found that the yield stress is greater than the tensile stress. And also it over estimates the elastic deformation of the material.

Thermodynamics -
Thermodynamics is the branch of science that deals with the study of thermal properties of the material present around us.
Thermodynamics is the branch of the science that deals with the relationship between the energy and the materials. There are various laws that govern the transformation of energy. Zeroth law is one of them. Thermodynamics is the study of the laws that causes the change in the state of physical system of the material.
The part of the space that we are going to investigate that is known a system. The part of the space beyond the system that is not under the investigation that is known as the surrounding. The line that separates the system and the surrounding that is known as boundary. .
Types of System -
I) Closed System
A system that is enclosed by a boundary and we cannot exchange the mass between the system and the surrounding, then the system is known as closed system.
ii) Open System
The system that is not inclosed by the boundary and we can exchange the mass and the energy between the system and the surrounding, then it is known as open system. The open system is a system that can lose its energy. A glass full of hot tea and hot water gets colder after sometime. This is the example of the open system.
iii) Isolated System
A system that is fully closed by boundary and there is no exchange of mass between the system and the boundary, then it is known as isolated system.
Zeroth Law of thermodynamics -
Zeroth Law explains that how system can get the thermal equilibrium. When one system is under thermal equilibrium with second system, and second system is under thermal equilibrium with the third system, then according to this law first system is under thermal equilibrium with the third system.
First law of Thermodynamics -
First law of thermodynamics states that the heat transfer is equal to the net work done, in case of a closed system, while going under through the Thermodynamics cycle.
It also illustrates that when we are in Thermodynamics cycle, then the work transfer is equal to the heat transfer. The most important condition for this is that the system must be the closed system. it can be taken as in other words such as the system cannot create and cannot not destroye the heat energy.
The energy cannot be created neither can be destroyed, while changing the state of the system in Thermodynamics cycle. There are various limitations of the first law of thermodynamics . Heat energy cannot be fully transformed into the mechanical energy. There are various applications of the first law of thermodynamics. The steady flow of the nozzle and diffuser can be explained using the first law of the thermodynamics. In case of steady flow process, the heat transfer and the work done are constant or they are stable.
Second law of Thermodynamics -
The second law of thermodynamics illustrates that the heat cannot transfer by itself from the lower temperature region to the higher temperature region.
The heat can transfer from the high-temperature region to the lower temperature region easily, but in case of lower temperature region, there should be some external force to help it. This law is also known as Clausius statement, in which the work is done by only when the heat transfer from the lower temperature region to the higher temperature region. The work is done, when the heat is transferred from the lower temperature region to the higher temperature region. Second law of the thermodynamics enables us to divide the process in the two parts, first one is the reversible process and the second one is the Irreversible process. In case of reversible process, the process can automatically reverse itself to its original shape or the original condition. In case of Irreversible process, the process cannot repeat itself or reverse itself automatically.
Quasi - static process -
Quasi- static process is the example of the reversible process. It is also known as the reversible process because there is very less deviation of its equilibrium position. All the states of the system may go through the change. The change in the state of equilibrium, is very negligible here, so it may be known as the reversible process.
Thermodynamics deals with the study of the initial and the final state of the system while undergoing to the various changes. Law of thermodynamics can be applied only when the system undergoes from one equilibrium to the another equilibrium or the system is already present in the state of equilibrium. In case of study of thermodynamics, the function or the variable that can affect the state of the equilibrium of the system, are known as the state variable. The example of these state variables are pressure, energy, heat, mass and work.
It is known to all that the heat is the energy transferred through the system at some temperature difference. The internal energy is the sum of potential energy well as kinetic energy. It is the state function because it depends on the state, it does not depend on the path through which it passes. The internal energy is the example of state function. The work done is generally calculated by the integration of product of pressure and a change of volume. The work done is the example of the path function because it depends on the path of the process.
The heat is the combination of the internal energy and the work done by the system. When the heat is added to the system, then it is taken as the positive heat. If it is taken out from the system, then it is known as the negative heat. If the internal energy increases in the system then it is taken as the positive energy. If energy is expelled from system, then it is taken as the negative internal energy.
Numerical -. A cylinder of oxygen is having internal pressure of 100 atm. At 30 degree Celsius, oxygen is stored in the cylinder which exerts pressure of 22 atm. At which temperature does the danger of explosion will sets in ?

State variable -
The state variables are the variables which can explain or illustrate very clearly about the Thermodynamics system undergoing to the various changes of the states.
Examples of state variable are pressure, temperature and the volume. There are two types of variables - intensive and extensive variables.
Intensive variables
Intensive variables are the variables which are independent of the size of the system. The example of the intensive properties or intensive variables are pressure, temperature and density.
Extensive variables -
The extensive property or the variable are the variables which are dependent of the size of the system. The example of the extensive variables are mass, volume and number of moles. If we multiply the extensive and intensive variables, then the product will be the extensive variable. For example, if we multiply temperature with the volume, the product will be having the extensive properties. So, here the product is the extensive variable.
Thermodynamics process -
The process by which thermodynamic cycle or thermodynamics system is taken from one state to another state, is called thermodynamic process.
Isothermal process -
If thermodynamics system undergoes through the various changes and it change its state from one state to another state, then there will be some changes in their temperature or their pressure. If the temperature of both states remains constant, then the process is known as the isothermal process.
Isobaric process -
If the pressure of both, the first state and the second states remains constant, then the process is known as isobaric process.
Isochoric process -
If the volume of the first state and the second stage remains constant or unchanged, then the process is known as Isochoric process.

So nowadays in the hotels, restaurants, and in other places where there is the preparation of food, they use refined palm oil. Edible oils and allied products India is engaged in producing, manufacturing, trading, and exporting edible oils which are used in cooking. Every year India consumes about 10 million tons of edible oil. According to NCAER, there are five classes of consumer holders which are devoid of the consumption behavior and in the ownership categories across the various categories of goods. The traders collect the stock from the suppliers and maintain an inventory of goods to be sold. Some of the edible oil allied products traders in India are Ultra Chemical Works, Amiritha Groups, and Harjeet Brokers.

Edible oils are one of the important commodities in India which are considered to be very much essential for human beings. India is one of the producers of oil seeds and the oil seeds play an important role in the agricultural economy. India provides about 6 to 7% of the oil production. The edible oil and allied products together are exported from one place to another. Commonly used oils in India are Groundnut, Sesame, Soya bean, and Mustard oils. It is difficult to grow oil palm in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, and Andaman & Nicobar however necessary steps are taken to grow them. Edible oil is a plant-based food substance that is derived from fats or oils other than milk. Plant-derived edible oil contains carboxyl groups which is an enzyme used to attack and break down the process called Beta-oxidation. The length of the hydrocarbon and whether it's saturated or un-saturated provides the quality of diet and how healthy they are. Some of the edible oils are vegetable oil and cooking oil. Vegetable oils are lipid materials that are deduced from plants. Oils are liquids kept at room temperature and are formed from triglycerides. The edible oil is extracted from the seeds. Some of the most used oils are coconut oil, palm oil, ghee oil, olive oil, sesame oil, and rice bran oil which is solid at room temperature. Nowadays edible oils are used in most desserts and they are important ingredients for a dish. The products derived from the edible oil are allied products. India reports about 6.3 tons of oilseeds exports for the last year. Exports of oilseeds and edible oils increased from 5 tons to 6.2 tons in 2011. The most important edible oil allied products exporters in India are coastal Aquatic Proteins, Jay ant oil mills, City Starr Exports, Yogi Corporation, and Hariom Enterprise.

Medicinal Spices
A
spice is a dried seed, fruit, root, bark or flower of a plant or a herb used in
small quantities for flavor, color or as a preservative. Many of these spices
are also used in traditional medicines with different climates in different
parts of the country. India produces a variety of spices, many of which are
native to the subcontinent. Pepper, turmeric, cardamom and cumin are some
examples of Indian spices. Spices are used in different forms whole, chopped,
ground, roasted, sauteed, fried and as a topping. Spices are the foundation for
Indian cooking. They can transform any dish into a tasty meal and give life to
even the simplest ingredients.
1.
Turmeric
(Haldi)- Turmeric is the spice that gives curry its yellow color. It contains
several compounds with medicinal properties the most important of which is
curcumin. Studies suggest that it can improve brain function, fight Alzheimers
disease, reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer and relieve arthritis.
2.Basil(tulsi)-Basil is used in tea ,pastas and curries.There are many varieties of basil.It is most commonly used fresh in vegetables. It is one of the main ingredients in pesto-a green Italian oil and herb sauce.Chinese also use fresh or dried basil in soups and other foods.
In folk medicine practices ,basil is thought to have therapeutic properties.
Basil is considered a sacred herb in India. Basil is also linked to
reduce blood sugar levels before and after meals, as well as treating anxiety
and anxiety-related depression.

Fenugreek
(Methi)- This fragrant dried herb has a slightly bitter taste. Many human
studies have shown that at least one gram of fenugreek extract per day can
lower blood sugar levels, particularly in diabetes.

Carom
seeds (Ajwain)- Ajwain promotes digestion, cures stomach ache and helps relieve
tooth pain.

Black
pepper (Kaali Mirch)- Black pepper, also known as the king of spices, promotes
weight loss, helps relieve cold and cough, boosts metabolism. A glass of Haldi
milk becomes more therapeutic with a pinch of black pepper.
6.
Clove
(Laung)- Cloves are antibacterial, anti-fungal and antiseptic. It is used as an
antiseptic and pain reliever especially for toothaches and stomach pain.
7.
Cardamom
Elaichi)- A rich source of vitamin A(retinol) and vitamin C (Ascorbic acid),
calcium, zinc and iron. This spice promotes heart health, helps in digestion,
helps fight depression.
8.
Fennel
(Saunf)- Its powerful antioxidants help in removing harmful free radicals from
the body and promotes a healthy being , it helps fight aging and other
neurological diseases.
9. Asafoetida(heeng)- Asafoetida is one of the chief ingredients used in tadka or tempering to flavor the Indian dishes.Asafoetida has proven to restrict the growth of harmful viruses in the body.

Hemma Guptaa, Founder of Women in Finance, says there is no doubt about the fact that India has a long way to go on the gender equality charts, especially when it comes to women in the workforce. We not only rank lowest in the female workforce participation rates among developing countries but the rate has come down from 30 percent in 1990 to about 20.7 percent in 2019. These numbers sadden me; they leave in me so many emotions. And I want to translate this energy into positive outcomes.
Like the majority of Indian women, I too grew up in a patriarchal surrounding. When I was in 10th standard, I asked a math question to my teacher which was related to stock markets. One of my friends asked me to leave this question because this is a men's subject. This statement hit me a lot and when my teacher asked me, in the career counseling sessions, what I want to be, I said ?Stock Trader?. She then asked why do I want to choose this field and I said because I want to change this statement that this is for men.
After a lot of struggle, I am with my passion for the last 13 years and it has now become my dream to deliver this message to everyone that this field is meant equally for women too.
I surveyed some women in Finance to analyze the interest, knowledge, and need for a career in finance among these women. The results proved that these women are naturally skilled in finance. They had a very creative and practical understanding of savings, negotiation skills, and managing expenses but they were unaware of investments, economy, banking system, and how to make a career in finance. We realized that with a little mentorship and some hands-on experience, these Women in Finance can achieve great success in the world of finance and would contribute a lot to making India a developed nation.
After the survey, we knew our mission was to educate them in areas where they are weak, help them build on their strengths, and help them create a livelihood for themselves in finance. We conducted seminars to create awareness and educate these women about loans, banking, and finance, economy, investments, wealth creation, inflation, government schemes, and policies, etc. We have also designed training programs and industry visits to help gain advance and practical knowledge.
I honestly believe that if we put consistent and aggressive efforts towards bringing women into finance, the day is not so far away when women would stand tall with men in the world of finance.

India got its independence from British in the year of 1947 after a long struggle. Consequently, the constitution was formed so as to establish a proper government in our country. After becoming a Republic nation in the year 1950 linguistic provinces were formed in our country. Mysore is one such province formed by taking in various regions ruled by different kings. Various kingdoms were resolved into states and were named by the government of India. So every state has a formation day which is nothing but the day on which few regions joined together to form a province. After their formation, separate governments were established in each state headed by a chief minister and a number of ministries to work under him/her.
A central government was also established and the state governments were answerable to the central government. The central government was headed by a prime minister. The president of India is considered the first citizen of our country. Formation day is different for different states. For Andhra Pradesh it is on 1 Oct. 1953, for Bihar, it is on 15 Aug 1947, for Goa it is on 30 Mat, 1987 and for Tamil Nadu, it is on 15th of Aug, 1947.
