surya bhedana pranayam :


Suryabhedi Pranayama, This is a wonderful pranayama for cold days, which increases the energy and heat in our body, due to which the effect of the cold of the season starts decreasing on our body.  Not only this, the current weather has remained the same, that is, sometimes winter, sometimes summer, in such changing seasons, the natural temperature of the body starts getting disturbed.  In such a situation, Suryabhedi Pranayama helps in keeping the body temperature balanced.

 Helpful in relaxing the body and mind :

 This pranayama helps us to purify the seven chakras of our body and helps in awakening the Kundalini energy.  The main purpose of this technique of pranayama is to relax the body and mind, so there is no need to tire yourself too much during this process of yoga.  Once you start this pranayama, after that you have to keep your body completely calm and still.

 Surya Bhedan Pranayama Method.  :
 First you sit in Padmasana.
 Keep eyes closed.
 Close the left nostril with the ring finger and little finger.
 Now breathe slowly through the right nostril without making any sound.
 Fill your lungs with maximum breath.
 Now close the right nostril with the right thumb and hold the breath by pressing the chin firmly towards the chest (jalandharabandha).
 This is Kumbhak and gradually increase the duration of Kumbhak.
 Then close the right nostril with the thumb and exhale slowly through the left nostril without making any sound.
 The ratio of inhalation, exhalation and kumbhaka should be 1:2:4.
 This is one cycle of Suryabhedana Pranayama.
 In this way you do 5 to 10 cycles.
 

 Surya Bhedana Pranayama Benefits.  
 Prevents aging: With regular practice of this pranayama, you can delay aging by slowing down your aging process.
 Preventing death: It is written in the scriptures that by regular practice of this pranayama, you can delay or prevent your death.
 To destroy stomach worms: Surya Bhedana Pranayama destroys stomach worms.
 Vata or Gout: It cures Vata or Gout by removing the disorders caused by air.
 Headache: If you are troubled by headache then this pranayama should be practiced.
 In Kundalini Shakti Awakening: It awakens Kundalini Shakti and increases body heat.
 Low blood pressure: It activates the sensory nervous system of the body, so it is beneficial for people suffering from low blood pressure.
 Breathing problems: Most of the breathing problems can be solved by the practice of this asana.
 
 Caution
 Do not practice this Suryabhedi pranayama if you are a patient of high blood pressure, if you have heart disease, epileptic seizures or if you are a person with pitta tendency.  At the same time, this pranayama should not be practiced even during the summer days because by doing this the body temperature i.e. body heat increases.  Fainting or fainting is commonly called fainting in English.  This pranayama is done by a good trainer.  Murchha Pranayama is performed by those who are adept at doing other Pranayama.  People doing this pranayama lead a life of comfort and enthusiasm for a long time.

 Method of Murchha Pranayama.  


 
 First of all, sit in
Padmasana or Siddhasana.

 Close your eyes
 Now tilt your head back and breathe slowly through both the nostrils.
 Do Kumbhak and remain still while doing Shambhavi Mudra.
 While exhaling slowly straighten the head.
 It was a cycle.
 In this way you do 3 to 5 cycles and then gradually increase the cycle of this.

 Dhatu Rog: It is very beneficial in the treatment of Dhatu Rog.
 
 Murcha pranayama precautions :
 High blood pressure: People suffering from high blood pressure should not practice this asab.
 Mastik-pressure: People suffering from mastic-pressure should not do this.
 This practice brings you into a state of unconsciousness, so it should be practiced only under the guidance of an expert.
 People suffering from heart or lung diseases should not do this pranayama.
