GARLIC SMASHED POTATOES 


Garlic Smashed Potatoes!! - so easy and yet tastes fancy.. nothing fussy or complicated. 

These potatoes are tender on the inside yet crisp on the outside..

These crispy smashed potatoes are best when they?re hot and fresh.

Creamy sauces contrast deliciously with these crispy potatoes.

INGREDIENTS 

Baby potatoes 1/2 kg
chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
oregano 1/2 tsp
garlic powder or fresh garlic 1 tsp
onion powder (Optional) 1/2 tsp
olive oil or vegetable oil 1 tbsp
salt. 1 tsp

METHOD

BOIL
SEASON
SMASH 
BAKE

Boil the baby potatoes.

Drain them and let them cool & dry

Season with chilli flakes, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, olive oil and salt.

Lay them on an baking sheet

SMASH those potatoes

Bake! 180?C for about 25 minutes.
