Environment institution plays a major role in accessing the difficulty caused by the interaction of the human being with the environment. The position of this institution is more complicated and not defined easily. It gives the solution to environmental problems such as a change in the climate, deforestation, loss in biological diversity which occurs due to various reasons. The institution is treated as a sort of rule, right, and the way to make a decision by the tool "new institutionalism". The policy of the book proves that the research and more studies on institutions furnish an advanced way to deal with the arising environmental problems in recent times.

Prevention and more care on the Natural resources are sure to provide a secure and safe planet in the future. Many changes in the climate and advanced technology convert wind and heat energy into another form of energy. Many international courts, assembly and bodies for judgement have been created for providing the responsibilities and the written agreement for the problems regarding the environment.
