A white man walked into a London restaurant and sat at a table. After a while he noticed that all the clients inside were whites except one black man sitting at a corner all alone.

Wishing to antagonize the lone black fellow, the white man ordered meals for each and every white in the room except the black man. However, as everyone was savoring the meal before him, the white man wondered why the black fellow was looking unperturbed despite being apparently left out intentionally.

He went on to order another round of drinks for all the whites on his bill yet again. Still, the black man looked quite happy on his face despite not getting anything yet again. When the white man was leaving the premises, he approached one of the waiters and asked:

"Why is it that when I was buying meals and drinks for all the whites the black man never showed any anger on his face yet I did not buy him anything?"

The waiter answered, "but he is the owner of this restaurant!"

The white man walked away in embarrassment.
