There are many who are charismatic but they use it for for selfish and foolish exploits. Saddam Hussain and Idi Amin among many orders are stark example of it. Natural charisma is a gift that can benefit those with positive intentions. Those who lack charisma can work on boosting it with focus and hard work.

Whatever may be the level of your charisma you will need to understand it and develop it to achieve successfully what your preferred aim or objective is. Here below I am sharing with you the readers some insights on the positives and negatives of charisma (refer to my write up tagged) from some of the most charismatic thought leaders.
