Sometime back singer Jubin Nutiyal's single Bedardi Se Pyaar Ka came out that trended at number 1 but the most talking point about the video became, actress Kaashish Vohra, who featured opposite Gurmeet Choudhary. Her natural beauty and intense looks lights up the screen every time she appeared. Even her expressions developed an immediate connection with audiences.

Bedardi Se Pyaar Kas is Kaashish Vohra?s second collaboration with T-Series. Prior to this, she grabbed the headlines for 2020?s heartbreak anthem Dil Tod Ke, sung by ace singer B Praak.

Elated Kaashish Vohra shares ?In less than a year I've been a part of two singles with Tseries sung by B Praak and Jubin Nautiyal. It wouldn?t have been possible without them believing in me. Romantic songs, especially those dealing with heartbreaks are the most touching. And I play a very different role in the song where I?m standing by a guy who?s heartbroken. Its very rare  to get such a role. As an actor, it was also challenging for us because without any dialogues we had to give meaning to the lyrics and do justice to Jubin?s voice. With such overwhelming response, I feel both Gurmeet and I have done justice.?

Talking more about her work, Kaashish adds, ?I believe in quality over quantity. I am fortunate enough to have the privilege to choose. So I choose wisely. I've done a couple of esteemed projects earlier, and now again, will be seen in a big venture down South. I am also stepping into the web space this year and will be featuring on a reputed OTT platform.?

Also, Kaashish feels blessed to share screen space with Kareena Kapoor Khan in an ad for a hair oil brand as she believes that it was like a dream come true for her. Soon Kaashish Vohra will be seen in a Telugu film under a big production house and in a series for a reputed OTT platform.

Binaiferr and Sanjay Kohli's popular show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai is back to shooting mode. The show has shifted to a new location recently to shoot new episodes. Manmohan Tiwari ( Rohitashv Gour) shares how excited he is to start shooting again. He says, I am a workaholic and it is good to be back on set. For an actor, it is a relaxation when we go to a new location, new set. The new location is full of greenery which propels one's thinking. Last year when the lockdown was announced, we never thought there would be a second wave and another lockdown. So for an actor it is a second setback. No one wants to be sitting idle at home.

An actor's job is to go to the set and work.? He also adds, I would also like to praise our producers Sanjay and Binaiferr Kohli for the way they have visioned this new normal. It is amazing. We had enough bank of episodes so we could wait and start our shooting later. Otherwise, we would have to start early like others at the peak of the pandemic. We all should get the vaccines first and then build hard immunity to face this disease. Making episodes for the future and creating a bank is really a  commendable job done by our producers.? Talking about his own comfort factor as an actor, he adds,?As an individual I have no problem in shooting. Last year post lockdown when we have resumed I was scared a bit. But this time I am aware of the problem and the consequences so I am doubly cautious and taking good care of myself. Which is the need of the hour.. Producers have made excellent arrangements? The new location will have Anokhelal Saxena?s birthday celebrations taking place in a resort.  Rohotashv Gour, Shubhangi Atre and Aasif Sheikh shre a great bond offscreen as well.

It takes a lot of effort in the making of a spy thriller series, and The Family Man has proven to be one of the best ones that has kept the audience hooked to their screens. Starring Manoj Bajpayee in the lead and directed by Raj and DK, The Family Man has all the elements that will make you binge watch the whole series. Don't believe us? Well? here are five reasons that make The Family Man the best Indian espionage series.

Spies are normal people, guys!
Now we all know how over-the-top the Indian spy shows and movies have exaggerated the portrayal of the lead as larger-than-life action heroes. However, The Family Man keeps its lead grounded in reality. Just because you're a covert agent, does not mean you don't have ?common man? problems like that of money, family, traffic, etc. The man keeps running from pillar to post to secure a home loan. Srikant Tiwari is exactly how we would imagine a real spy to be ? trying to save the country while dealing with family problems.

Is the ?bad guy? really a bad guy?
The Family Man addresses real world subjects and topics, just like how things are in the real world. Not everything is shown as black or white. Even the so-called ?bad guys? have their own reasons which are rooted in real-life experiences, which make them do what they do. There are clear grey areas on both sides and the show doesn't shy away from addressing them.

Good always wins? Maybe, maybe not!
While we have been taught that good always wins, there are times when we may have a setback or a failure. If you've watched the first season of the show, you know exactly what we're talking about. The climax proved that even though there are good guys and bad guys, being on the right side of the narrative doesn't guarantee you a thing. Real agents often deal with mission failures, and ?The Family Man? is not scared to show that.

A solid ensemble cast
Sometimes the trope with espionage shows or movies is that they spend way too much time jazzing up the lead while paying hardly any attention to secondary characters. This often leads to one-dimensional stereotypes that ruin the experience for everyone. The Family Man's writers, however, did not fall into that trap. Instead, they worked on developing the secondary characters really well. JK, Moosa, Saloni - all these characters have well-written arcs and strong characters, irrespective of their screen time.

The perfect pace
There is not one slow or rushed moment in The Family Man. The pacing of the show is one of its best features. We accompany Srikant on his mission across the length and breadth of India in the story, and yet, at no point does it feel like a rush job. Not many shows manage to have such tight pacing.

The Family Man, starring Manoj Bajpayee, Priya Mani, Samantha Akkineni and Sharib Hashmi among others will begin streaming on June 4, 2021 on Amazon Prime Video.

Mumbai. We cannot change someone's fate, but by giving good inspiration, we can guide someone. God says to be a charioteer if you get a chance in life, not selfish. To be loved and respected in this world. If difficult times come, then you also have to go through that. Regardless of the difficulties, if you keep your mind in the way, then you have to show them flying. Hemma Guptaa, Founder of Women in Finance, has achieved a position in the world of finance with passion for the last 13 years.

Hemma Guptaa, Founder of Women in Finance, says there is no doubt about the fact that India has a long way to go on the gender equality charts, especially when it comes to women in the workforce. We not only rank lowest in the female workforce participation rates among developing countries but the rate has come down from 30 percent in 1990 to about 20.7 percent in 2019. These numbers sadden me; they leave in me so many emotions. And I want to translate this energy into positive outcomes.

Like the majority of Indian women, I too grew up in a patriarchal surrounding. When I was in 10th standard, I asked a math question to my teacher which was related to stock markets. One of my friends asked me to leave this question because this is a men's subject. This statement hit me a lot and when my teacher asked me, in the career counseling sessions, what I want to be, I said ?Stock Trader?. She then asked why do I want to choose this field and I said because I want to change this statement that this is for men.

After a lot of struggle, I am with my passion for the last 13 years and it has now become my dream to deliver this message to everyone that this field is meant equally for women too.

I surveyed some women in Finance to analyze the interest, knowledge, and need for a career in finance among these women. The results proved that these women are naturally skilled in finance. They had a very creative and practical understanding of savings, negotiation skills, and managing expenses but they were unaware of investments, economy, banking system, and how to make a career in finance. We realized that with a little mentorship and some hands-on experience, these Women in Finance can achieve great success in the world of finance and would contribute a lot to making India a developed nation.

After the survey, we knew our mission was to educate them in areas where they are weak, help them build on their strengths, and help them create a livelihood for themselves in finance. We conducted seminars to create awareness and educate these women about loans, banking, and finance, economy, investments, wealth creation, inflation, government schemes, and policies, etc. We have also designed training programs and industry visits to help gain advance and practical knowledge.

I honestly believe that if we put consistent and aggressive efforts towards bringing women into finance, the day is not so far away when women would stand tall with men in the world of finance.
